As the light decreases and the cooler days arrive, nature is cueing us to slow down. Embrace the season of Winter by taking time to nourish your nervous system & replenish.

We invite you to join us for a 90 minute candlelit yoga practice featuring Alice Haddy on acoustics, bathing us in harmonic sound.

Cosmic Yoga Studio

To open our practice, we focus our gaze on the flame of a candle, looking steadily with unwavering intent and following the light into our inner-self. This practice of Trataka (Sanskrit n. त्राटक Trāṭak: "look, gaze"), is known to calm a restless mind and improve concentration - paving the way for a deeper meditation practice.

With a state of awareness, we then move through a steady Slow Yoga Flow emitting light and warmth throughout the body, bolstering a sense of expansion. We later seal in the energy of our practice by turning inward with nourishing restorative postures and a supported Savasana, to radiate glowing luminosity and presence through this connection.

Complete the evening with a warming cup of Grounded Pleasures Chai or Tea.
