Purchasing a Pass and Membership T’s & C’s
Purchasing a pass and booking in for a class be done so via your desktop or mobile. Simply select the pass above that you wish to purchase, and follow the link through Momence to finalise your purchase.
If you are using a mobile, you can download the ‘Cosmic Y & P’ App. Once you have downloaded the app, you will have access to our class timetable, membership options & specials.
Alternatively, simply visit our website timetable and select the ‘sign up’ button next to your preferred class. From here, you will be prompted through Momence to finalise your booking.

Once-off offer, valid for 1 month from first use. No holds, extensions or transfers available once pass has activated.

Packs: Equivalent Class Pack available for use over 7 days. Recurring payment every 7 days unless cancelled. No lock in contracts, cancel any time via your Cosmic account or contact us at least 7 days prior.
Unlimited: Access to all Yoga, Mat and/or Reformer Classes. Recurring payment every 7 days unless cancelled. 12 week minimum contact. After 12 weeks, cancel any time via your Cosmic account or contact us at least 7 days prior.

Expiry date for the duration of pass (3/6/12 months), from the first class.
3 & 6 Month Unlimited Memberships can be placed on hold for a maximum of 2 weeks, 12 Month Unlimited can be placed on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks.

Class cancellation policy
We value your dedication and commitment to practice. To ensure class availability and a positive experience for all, we've implemented a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes.
For those on Class Packs & Subscriptions, late cancellations & no shows will incur a forfeit of pass.
For those on Unlimited Memberships, a late cancellation fee of $15 and a no-show fee of $22.50 will be automatically processed.
All class cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class start time, to ensure waitlisted members have the opportunity to join class.
