Once offer purchases include First Class Free, Intro Offer, Casual Class & 10 Class COSMIC Pass.
All ongoing memberships (Intro Everything, Universal & Devotion) are billed fortnightly. While the website shows the weekly equivalent, our booking system Momence, will debit the corresponding fortnightly amount.

Currently, our Devotion & Universal Memberships do not have a lock in contract period or fixed end date.

Yes, you can use these passes to book any Yoga, Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates Class, offered on our weekly timetable. This pass is not valid for workshops and events, unless otherwise specified.

Our Intro Offer & Intro Everything passes are a once-off offer, valid for 4 month from first use. No holds, extensions or transfers available once pass has activated.
10 Class COSMIC Pass has a 6 month expiry from first use. This pass can be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks.
Devotion & Universal Memberships can be placed on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks.
All memberships and passes are non-transferrable or refundable, once activated.
Please contact us with at least 7 days prior to all membership pauses.

Devotion & Universal Memberships can be cancelled any time via your Cosmic / Momence account or by contacting us at least 7 days prior.

We value your dedication and commitment to practice. To ensure class availability and a positive experience for all, we've implemented a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes.
For those on a Casual Class or 10 Class COSMIC Pass, late cancellations & no shows will incur a forfeit of pass.
For those on Intro Everything, Devotion and Universal Memberships, a late cancellation fee of $15 and a no-show fee of $22.50 will be automatically processed.
All class cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to class start time, to ensure waitlisted members have the opportunity to join class.
